SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting The Black Studio. Because we are a small, independent nonprofit, every purchase directly helps fund our programs, artists, and community projects. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number when your package ships.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or special collection drops.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@theblackstudio.org.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Black Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Confirm that your shipping address was correct at checkout.

  2. Check with your local post office or delivery service.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If further help is needed, you may reach out to us at info@theblackstudio.org, and we’ll do our best to assist — but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items lost or stolen after shipment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where an incorrect item was shipped or the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
